60-Day Warranty

Upon the delivery of your package, we offer a 60-day after-sales warranty. During this period, if you encounter any non-human related quality issues with your purchased item, we will provide a complimentary replacement service.

Order Cancellations

Orders are typically processed within 16 hours of placement.
Cancellation Before Shipment:
You may request a free cancellation by contacting us at support@letendirect.com before your order is shipped.
Cancellation After Shipment:
Once the package has been dispatched, cancellation is not feasible. However, you can opt to return the package to our warehouse. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Contact us at support@letendirect.com to obtain the relevant warehouse address.

Undelivered Packages

We primarily utilize courier services such as FEDEX/UPS for shipping, and therefore, we advise against using PO box addresses. To ensure the safe delivery of your package, kindly provide a physical shipping address.
Friendly Reminder: Couriers may leave packages at your doorstep, so please promptly check for deliveries to avoid any loss.

Return Policy Overview:

1. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, in their original packaging, and with intact tags. This policy is in place to ensure that each product is in pristine, unused condition, prioritizing the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers.
   2. Once the packaging is opened, items are considered used and cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
   3. If you wish to initiate a return, please email us pictures of the unopened package within 60 days of purchase for verification. Upon confirmation, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are to be covered by you.
   4. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the processing and receipt of your return. For updates on the status of your return, feel free to reach out to us at support@letendirect.com.
   5. The above policies apply to various scenarios, including but not limited to:
   - Duplicate orders caused by system errors.
